We work directly with the insurance company to replace or recreate your lost or damaged item, usually within 30 days. If you need to file a claim, please request Jae’s Jewelers when speaking with your insurance company. Any photographs, original receipts, or previous appraisals will assist in the proper replacement of your cherished items.
