Shipping

     All purchases are shipped via insured the US Postal Service. Shipments go out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays. Packages require a signature for delivery, and take 1 to 5 days from order placement to delivery.

     All items over $250 are shipped overnight at no additional charge. Expedited overnight shipping is available for a $30 fee on items less than $250. We are not responsible for slower than anticipated delivery times due to holidays & weather. Please call to clarify delivery times, or to rush an item.

Returns & Exchanges

Items are available for a refund, exchange, or store credit for up to 30 days. Holiday gifts are available for return or exchange until January 30th.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original documentation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. A 5-10% restocking fee may apply for damaged items (scratched, bent, etc).

Late or missing refunds

 If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (305)443-7724.

Sale items

Because of the significant savings on sale items, these purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service AND purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
