Returns & Exchanges
Purchases are available for a refund for 14 days after delivery, & exchange or store credit for up to 30 days. Holiday gifts purchased in November & December are available for return or exchange until January 18th.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in unused condition with the original packaging, documentation, and tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift Certificates
- Discounted, Sale, or Clearance Items
- Sized Rings or Altered Jewelry & Watches
To begin your return, please call 305-443-7724. We will provide details return shipping instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your items was received. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. A 5-10% restocking fee may apply for damaged items (scratched, bent, etc).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (305)443-7724.
Sale Items
Because of the significant savings on sale items, these purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.
