Is the fine jewelry sold by Jae’s Jewelers authentic?
Yes. Every piece of fine jewelry we sell is carefully evaluated by our GIA-educated Graduate Gemologists. When a diamond, gemstone, watch, or designer jewelry piece includes an independent laboratory report or other documentation, those details are noted in the product listing. We also test all incoming estate pieces in a synthetic diamond tester, as of October 2026.

Is it safe to buy fine jewelry online from Jae’s Jewelers?
Absolutely. We understand that buying diamonds, gemstones, estate jewelry, and other fine jewelry online requires trust. Online orders are securely processed and shipped fully insured with signature confirmation. Jae’s Jewelers is also a family-owned brick-and-mortar jewelry store located on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, Florida, where we have served generations of clients since 1945. We have a generous 2 week return policy, so you can evaluate your purchase in-person before choosing to keep or return.

What is estate jewelry, and is your vintage and antique jewelry pre-owned?
Estate jewelry simply means jewelry that has been previously owned. Our estate jewelry collection includes vintage, antique, designer, and other unique pre-owned jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before being offered for sale. Because vintage and antique jewelry has a history, some pieces may show signs of previous wear. We make every effort to restore each piece before listing for sale. We accurately photograph and describe the condition, gemstones, precious metals, measurements, and important characteristics of each piece.

Will I receive the exact estate or vintage jewelry shown online?
For most one-of-a-kind estate, vintage, antique, and pre-owned jewelry, yes—the photographs show the actual piece available for purchase. For designer jewelry and regularly stocked merchandise, photographs may represent the style rather than the individual item. 

Do you offer free insured shipping on fine jewelry?
Yes. Jae’s Jewelers offers complimentary shipping on all purchases. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and are insured with signature confirmation for added security. Expedited shipping may also be available for an additional charge.

How quickly will my online jewelry order arrive?
Most in-stock jewelry purchases arrive within approximately 1–3 business days after processing. Rings requiring sizing and jewelry requiring customization or alterations may need additional time. If you are purchasing an engagement ring, anniversary gift, birthday gift, or other piece needed by a specific date, please put a note in your order details, so we can expedite your order.

What is the Jae’s Jewelers return policy for online purchases?
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, and, complete condition. Certain customized, special-order, or sale items do not qualify for return. Please review our complete Return Policy before purchasing or contact us with questions about a specific piece of jewelry.

Can Jae’s Jewelers resize a ring purchased online?
In many cases, yes. Many rings purchased from Jae’s Jewelers include one complimentary ring sizing upon request. Certain eternity bands, antique rings, intricate designs, and rings with diamonds or gemstones extending around the band may have sizing limitations. If you need a different ring size, contact us before ordering so we can determine whether the ring can be safely resized.

Do your diamonds and gemstones come with GIA certificates or laboratory reports?
Some diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by independent laboratory reports, including reports from GIA. When a diamond or gemstone has an independent grading report, that information is noted in the product description. Not every diamond or colored gemstone is independently laboratory graded. Our GIA Graduate Gemologists can help explain the quality, characteristics, and documentation associated with a specific stone or piece of jewelry.

Do you offer financing for fine jewelry and engagement rings?
Yes. Financing options are available to qualified purchasers via Wells Fargo, Affirm, or Shop Pay. Available programs and terms may change, so please visit our Financing page or contact Jae’s Jewelers for current financing options for fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, and other eligible purchases.

Can I see jewelry from your website in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. Visit Jae’s Jewelers at 237 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, Florida. Our jewelry store serves clients throughout Coral Gables, Miami, and South Florida. We are open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am to 6pm. Because many of our estate, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces are available in quantities of one, we recommend contacting us before visiting if there is a specific item you would like to see.
